bad service of filipina

When I went to Jordan me and my family stayed in Aqaba.
My friend told me that there one restuarant there is nice place.....went to that restuarant AL-Erzal Lebanese.
The waitress filipina there, she didnt give us good service, her name is Elena.
But the food that they offer is really nice :-)
I gave this rating for bad service and attitude of that filipina :)

1 kg mix grill about 51 JD - why???
I tried to find the manager but nobody was there.

Erzal is one of the best places ive seen in aqaba it has a nice sitting area.. but i have to say the food is AMAZING the staff is always smiling ... u can bet ill be going there again and i suggest u all go there and try again for whoever wrote somethin before

Things Have changed

I don't know when you guys went, but I was just there last week (June 25th 2010). It seems the place is under new management. The staff were friendly, environment lovely and the food was Divine. Their fish was very fresh and the the lebanese appetizers were very tasty. As for the prices I thought they were reasonable. For those of you who have posted the previous posts, I'd give the place a second chance now.

I visit the restaurant before 3months ago we was 4 it was very great experiance allot of information about the history of the restaurant and important information about jordan given by (Isham ) but when we go back to the restaurant second time we figure out that Isham he is the 5***** not the restaurant.

no value for the mony there
bat tast for food even the staff is not good at all i order there one hommaos
and fish the fish its look like they cook it in the morning and the they just heat it up
and azfter all of this i bay like 27 jd it realy bad restaurant there

"Driver and vehicle were very acceptable - and in light of the driving/vehicle conditions in Amman this was most welcome. The service is on the expensive side when compared with the local taxi service but, in my opinion, most worthwhile. The driver was welcoming and very helpful. Luggage handling was completely handled at both ends of the trip in a very professional manner. I would definitely use this service again."
