Bedouin Advisor Camping and Tours

by Dave
(Canada)

My wife and I visited Wadi Rum last week and choose Bedouin Advisor as our guide for the trip.

We did the 1 Day / 1 Night trip option. We had a Jeep tour with numerous stops to do some light hiking.

The camp that night was very nice and more luxurious than I would have imagined for desert camping. That is coming from my wife who is not a fan of camping at all.

Ayesh were just wonderful hosts to us. Our Jeep tour inculded 2 other couples and at camp that night there were a few other couples as well, just about a dozen of us.

After the yummy dinner Ayesh told stories of the beduin lifestyle and history and answered any questions we had.

Visiting Wadi Rum and our stay with Bedouin Advisor was one of the highlights of our trip to Jordan.
We both said we would come back and stay with them over visiting Petra a second time, if we are able to make a return trip to Jordan.

Camping in Wadi Rum
by: Britta, Germany

A friend of mine and I stayed with Ayesh and his brother 2 full days out in the desert!!
It was one of the most impressive experiences of our whole trip, I'm sure I will think of it for a long long time!
Living in the desert, sharing their beautiful Bedouin life, having a glimpse of the freedom Bedouins live in.... and being able to reflect about all our impressions with Ayesh and his brother were unique, I'm sure not every Bedouin tour guide would have been that open to discuss even a bit delicate topics with us...

They were very hospitable and welcoming, just like Bedouins are, they offered us tea and interest for our life's from the very first minute on.

Regarding the schedule and our ideas, they were very flexible and accommodating and we planned our trip together, including their advices and our wishes and the result was worth it!

I can simply recommend the Bedouin Advisor Camp,
and I'm already envying you when you go there :)
Enjoy Wadi Rum and say greetings to Ayesh from me,
Britta

“Very accommodating and responsive”
by: Osama

Whatever special requests we had, whether it was riding camels, needing vegetarian alternatives, slowing down the pace when scrambling, sleeping under the stars, sending a taxi to pick us up from the border, dropping us off in Petra, the small staff at Bedouin Advisor was always accommodating.

I especially appreciated their user-friendly website and their fast responses to emails prior to check in. The family based staff was knowledgable, well-connected, spoke English and were always courteous and patient.

While it might be a bit more expensive than other options, there were no hidden costs and the great overall experience more than makes up for it.

Bedouin Advisor Camp
by: David

Me and my wife spent 2 fabulous days and nights with Ayesh and his team. We did a camel tour and some hiking, having launch in the nature, where the team had prepared everything for us in advance. Ayesh and his brother Eid are cheerful and you would love their jokes and company.

The nights in the camp was amazing - we slept under the stars around a fire, where we listened and watched the bedouin songs and dances. The camp was a lovely and clean place and we wish to greet our friends and wish them good luck. It was a great choice to select this guy.
