We tried Floka for lunch a couple of days ago and it was a complete disaster
the food was heated wehen we ordar the food and they refuse to chang it for us we pay alot for nothing

toooo much expinsive and there is no value for food at all .
The fish had obviously been grilled in the morning and heated up when we ordered it.
on glass of local wine is 9jd ouuuch we paid for 2 fishes and salad with wine 58jd

"complete disaster"

We tried Floka for lunch a couple of days ago and it was a complete disaster.

The fish had obviously been grilled in the morning and heated up when we ordered it. The veggies were raw. Vast choice of desserts: mousse au chocolat.

The restaurant was empty and we paid 26JD for grilled prawns, grilled dennis and 1 bottle of water.

Service not interested, food reasonably good but very expensive compared to prices of smaller local restaurants, a glass of wine one evening 5 dinar, the other 4,5 dinar.
Two evenings in March 2010 practically an empty restaurant with two many waiters doing nothing.
In centre of the city many much more interesting and chaeper restaurants not devoted to tourists where you can eat with two persons at 4 to 7 dinar instead of the 25 to 30 in Floka Restaurant.

"Super experience"

I've been 3 times now and always had a super experience. The curry fish is a must as is the seafood broth. I've also had an excellent filet steak cooked as ordered. Well worth a visit.

"Driver and vehicle were very acceptable - and in light of the driving/vehicle conditions in Amman this was most welcome. The service is on the expensive side when compared with the local taxi service but, in my opinion, most worthwhile. The driver was welcoming and very helpful. Luggage handling was completely handled at both ends of the trip in a very professional manner. I would definitely use this service again."
