Free Entry to Petra

Update 27th September 2012: According to tourists, admission to Petra today was NOT free for ALL tourist! Only for Jordanians, Jordan residents and Arab nationals. For foreign tourists Petra is charging normal entry prices so don't come down tomorrow thinking it's going to be free. Very disappointing indeed...

Many people wish to somehow get a free entry to Petra, Jordan's number one tourist attraction.

"in celebration of World Tourism Day on September 27th, entry to tourist sites in Jordan, including Petra, will be free of charge to ALL visitors .NO entry fees on September 27th & 28th.".

Take Action!
